Who runs this site
This website is run by Devesh Tatkare, Mumbai, India. You can reach me at devesh@deveshtatkare.com or through the contact page.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive the details you type in: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, website URL and your message. The form sends these to my email inbox. The form plugin does not keep a copy in the website database.
When you visit the site, the hosting server and the site software may log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of the visit. I use Google tools, including Google Site Kit and Google Search Console, to see how the site performs in search. These tools may set cookies or collect usage data under Google’s own policies.
Why I use it
- To reply to your message and discuss the work you asked about.
- To keep a record of enquiries and work done.
- To keep the site secure and stop spam.
- To understand which pages work and which do not, so I can improve them.
I do not sell your information, and I do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who else sees it
Your message passes through my email provider and my web host so that it can reach me. Analytics and search data is processed by Google. I do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of any work that follows. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you by emailing devesh@deveshtatkare.com. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

This site links to other websites, including tools I have built and my profiles on other platforms. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and I am not responsible for them.
Changes to this policy
If I change how the site handles information, for example by adding advertising or new analytics, I will update this page and the date at the top.
